Coordinated Optimal Power Dispatch Incorporating the Scheduling of Distributed Energy Resources Under the Virtual Power Plant Concept

چکیده

In this paper, a method is proposed for coordinated optimal power dispatch (OPD) incorporating the scheduling of distributed energy resources (DERs (COPD-IDS). The COPD-IDS aims to minimize total daily operating cost system by considering DERs. problem formulation, DERs are considered dispatchable limited units and treated as virtual plant (VPP). OPD solved hourly minimization, using quadratic programming (QP) subproblem in COPDIDS. Meanwhile, minimization particle swarm optimization (PSO) compared genetic algorithm (GA). tested on modified IEEE 30-bus under practical load profiles simulation results show that can operational electricity with condition VPP concept.
